Biography:
David Howard (Guitarist / Composer/ Educator) performs throughout the UnitedStates, Canada and Europe. He is a sensitive and exciting musician influenced by many great jazz and blues artists. David grew up listening to BB. King, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, Sal Salvador, Larry Coryell, Pat Metheny, Pat Martino, Mike Stern and Mick Goodrick.
David Howard is a Professor at Berklee College of Music. He's a guitarist, composer, arranger and leader on recordings including Souvenirs featuring Kenwood Dennard. Clouds, Almost Carefree, and Block Island Summer are with the Joe Parillo Ensemble, and Autumn Leaves with Dave Rasmussen Jazz Orchestra. Performance tours and clinics in Europe. Howard has worked as a Composer and performer on various jingles.
