Biography: So here I am in the middle of life. After years of conventionalism, I'm going for the original music bohemian thing. Writing and taking a shot at "producing" some home grown music. Yikes! I actually quit my day job because apparently I'm a radical extremist. I don't need to pay no stinking mortgage! Wait...yes I do. Pretty scary stuff, but I'm getting a few gigs in the Seattle/Tacoma area, so I'm off like a singing turtle. All but two of these songs were recorded in my extra bedroom with the help of lots of friends and a BR-1600, so please forgive the production. I know you have to turn my stuff up and it sounds kind of wavery or something, but I'm hoping that the songs will be judged apart from that :) It was the best I could do on my own. I'm playing rhythm and a teensy bit of lead, some percussion, and singing. And when I say percussion, I mean slapping the back of my Taylor. Tim Clark is ripping up the lead guitar, penny whistle, and back vocals. David Sobie is blowing sax, and Jerry Gadd is playing bass and also did some drum programming. Mike McDonnell is playing the harpoon, some lead guitar and bass, and Max Renshaw is playing lead guitar on My Enemy. Thank God for old friends with talent and generosity with their time and talents!! I hope you like my tunes, and if you have any constructive criticism, please visit my website, syndilee.com and leave it on the feedback form, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit my MySpace. Sooo many options. Thanks for listening, and thanks so much for your support. I've been surprised and happily overwhelmed, seeing myself in the top ten.
